I created this video for people in our organization with no experience performing basic administration tasks in the Bluesocket vWLAN administration tool. We regularly have to reset the password and its not hard to do but it does require some basic procedures and documentation.
This isn’t a wide audience training video, its more specific to our environment, process, and needs.
I’m just putting this online so people can see my training style, and documentation process.
